Ada was born in Akron, Ohio on June 21, 1933 to parents Anthony and Frances Headley. She was a long time resident of Charlestown and co-owned Witchey Rubber Company, Inc. and Rolling Valley Animal Farm. Ada had attended the Ravenna Assembly of God Church and was a member of Mount Summit Nazarene Church in Barberton. She enjoyed her farm and animals, loved angels and the color purple. Most of all she loved her family and enjoyed being around her grandchildren.
Ada is survived by her daughters: Frances (Gregg) Witchey Walton and Barbara Witchey. Surviving also are her grandchildren: Penny (Dennis) Novak, Zachary Weaver, Janis Witchey, and Shana Witchey. She also leaves many other loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, her sister-in-law Laura Witchey and many, many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James Witchey, son James Witchey, Jr. and her brother David L. Headley.
Per her wishes private family services will be held and interment will take place at Charlestown Cemetery.
