Adam Henry Michael, 21, of Diamond, was taken from us unexpectedly in Wooster, Ohio on March 8, 2019. The light has gone from our lives.

Beloved son of Henry and Lori (Frodl) Michael, Adam was born in Ravenna, Ohio on February, 2, 1998. He was a 2016 graduate of Southeast High School, where he was a friend to all. Not one for homework, he did enjoy his role as a member and officer of the Southeast chapter of Future Farmers of America, playing the trumpet in marching band, and always lending a helping hand to whomever was in need of it. Adam was attending The Ohio State University-Agricultural Technical Institute in Wooster, where he was earning two degrees, in Power Equipment and Hydraulic Power & Motion Control. He was employed by Leppo Rents in Wooster, where he served customers, serviced equipment, and worked in salvage. Adam loved being outdoors, farming, cutting wood, and working on tractors. He especially enjoyed restoring antique John Deere’s, and was a member of the Antique Tractor Association of Trumbull County.

Never one to sit still, Adam was always lending a helping hand to others or looking for his next project. Adam could often be found working on his two trucks, one inherited from his grandfather, and the other, a diesel he always wanted. However, it could be said he had a love-hate relationship with them; it depended on the day. Adam was always looking ahead and planning for bigger and better things. It was sometimes a challenge for him to stay focused on the here and now. Adam was loud and rambunctious, always smiling, laughing, and singing. He brought joy, and frustration, to all who knew him, and he will be dearly missed.

In addition to his parents, Adam leaves his beloved sisters, Grace and Hannah, to cherish his memory. He is also survived by his grandmother, Tommie Tomlinson, and many, many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Adam was preceded in death by his grandparents: Henry Michael Sr., Alan Tomlinson, and Vincent & Lois Frodl.

Friends will be received on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Southeast High School, 8423 Tallmadge Rd., Ravenna, Ohio from 10:00am until 1:00pm. Funeral services, officiated by Chaplain William Wisniewski, will begin at 1:00pm. Interment will follow at Palmyra West Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a scholarship fund established in his memory. Contact Adam Jenkins at Edward Jones Investments at 330-274-8087 for details.

I am so sorry for your loss and this unfathomable tragedy. Adam aka Drillbit, was a student of mine in Spring 2018 in Metal & Metal Mfg. He always was smiling and often singing and playing music during lab. His energy will be sorely missed. He was still helping in the lab and would drop in on this year's class. May God surround you with His comfort now and in the times to come.

Dear Henry and Family, I am broken hearted beyond words for all of you for the loss of your son and brother. Adam sounded like he was a great young man and "free spirit" like you, Henry. I know the wonderful people in the Southeast School District family will rally around you providing support, peace and love during this very difficult time. I am sending the same along with prayers to comfort all of you. You are in my thoughts. Please let me know if I can be of help in any way. Take care❤

Our deepest sympathies go out to your family. Adam was truly special, and he and Mike's bond went beyond their shared love of Two-Putts. This picture is from when Adam and the guys gave Evie her very own tractor parade for her birthday.

Adam's memory will live in our hearts forever. Love and prayers to all of you.

I was just getting to know Adam as I was the instructor for his English class at ATI this semester. He always had a smile and a pleasant attitude to go with it. Please receive my condolences and the prayers that go with it.

The Michael Family , I hate that your family is going through this difficult time. I remember Adam as a preschooler with his adorable chubby cheeks and radiant smile. Adam was a joy to be around happy and kind always. He will be dearly missed by all the people in his life , he was a blessing. I am honored to have had the opportunity to have been a part of his life. Adam was a beautiful reflection of your family. Our father will comfort your family in your time of mourning. My prayers go out to the Michael family. Adam was a true friend, a great co-worker and an enthusiastic John Deere fan. Getting to know Adam these past few years was wonderful. Working alongside him you were always bound to have a smile on your face. He knew how to lift everyone's spirits. We would often go to lunch together, after a bit of bickering of where we wanted to go. I could always count on him to help me out. He was no stranger to hard work and loved it. We shared a common interest in John Deere two-putt tractors. He was always trying to talk me into buying one, no matter where it was at in the US. He was always up for a road trip.

I'll miss you bud. I hope you have everything you ever dreamed of up there. Rest easy bud. Until we meet again.
