Alice Bell Rager

She was born December 11, 1959, in Ravenna, Ohio, to parents Nola (Stamm) and Jack Finch Sr. Alice graduated from Rootstown High School in 1978 and worked as an administrator within the medical field among other career endeavors.

Alice was happily retired and treasured the time it allowed her to spend with her grandchildren. Alice loved flowers. She also enjoyed decorating and was a talented crafter, often knitting and crocheting gifts for others. Alice was usually the one behind the camera, capturing the moments she cherished with her family and friends.

Alice is survived by her husband Bill Rager, who she married June 20, 2012. She is also survived by her children: Eric (Karen) Terry and Valerie (Michael) Smith, her grandchildren Elissa and Kyle Terry, and Conor and Caleb Smith, her mother Nola Finch, her sister Tammy Buso, and her brother Jackie Finch.

Alice was preceded in death by her father Jack Finch Sr. and her brother Scott Finch.

Her wishes for cremation are being honored. Friends will be received Friday, June 9, 2023, from 4:00 – 5:30 PM, with a memorial service following at 5:30 PM.
