When I think of Andy I have to smile. He was always in a good mood and made everyone around him feel good!! I have some fun memories of him telling Hollywood stories about his days of working in the printing department of the studios. He was a great storyteller!! He also entertained us with his impressions of famous people!! I remember watching him on stage at one of Maplewood’s famous Talent Shows!! My thoughts and prayers to his wife and family as they deal with the loss of this wonderful man!!

My deepest sympathies to the family. Mr. Stamas had the best stories of any teacher or professor I’ve ever had. Funny I was just thinking of him today-we once had a memorable discussion; bonus question on a quiz that happened to fall on a March 15, so he asked what was the significance of the date-the Ides of March. I was the only one in the class who knew the answer, so of course a detailed explanation of Julius Caesar ensued. He will be greatly missed.
