Barbara M. Gardner

Barbara was born to parents George and Magdaline Boros on January 21, 1940 in Reevesville, West Virginia. She had been retired from housekeeping at Longmeadow Care Center. Barbara had enjoyed gardening and going to flea markets. She also liked to read and complete word puzzles along with watching TV. Barbara was a loving wife and mother who loved her family.

Surviving Barbara is Joe Gardner, her loving husband of 58 years. Also surviving is her three daughters: Leeotia Hernandez of Clearwater, Florida, Betty (Bernie) White of Rootstown, Ohio, and Penny Gardner of Warren, Ohio. She also leaves her grandchildren: Mike Lane, Andy (Ashley) Lane, Priscilla Lane Lisa White, Matthew White, Christopher White, Terry Reed Jr., Ben Reed, Barbie Reed, and great-grandchildren: Isabella Lane and Joshua Applegate.

Friends will be received on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna from 11:00AM until the 12:00PM funeral service officiated by Pastor David Ballert. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Shalersville.
