She was born June 21, 1959, in Cleveland, Ohio, to parents Joseph and Victoria (nee Wroblewski) Klem. Cathy graduated from Rootstown High School.
Cathy is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years Mark Howell, her mother Victoria Klem, her brother Joseph (Marie) Klem, her sister Linda (Richard) Bean, and her sister-in-law Tammie Klem. She was also a loving aunt to generations of nieces and nephews.
Cathy was preceded in death by her father Joseph Klem, and her brothers Sam and Michael Klem.
