Cecelia Bell

Cecelia Bell, age 86 of Ravenna, passed away Thursday, October 27, 2022.
She was born September 14, 1936, in Peteroleum, West Virginia, to parents Norf and Alma (Waggoner) Nelson. Cecelia was a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother. She cherished her time spent with her family, cooking big meals, and doting over her grandchildren.
Cecelia is survived by her children: Willie (Sandy) Bell, Cindy Arvoy, Rose Jones, and Gary (Ashley) Bell, her grandchildren: Jessica Bell, Jimmy Bell, Jeff Bell, Krystal Hink, Joshua Russ, Jason Nutter, Chassidy Jones, Courtney Jones, and Aubree Bell, as well as her great-grandchildren: Shyanna, Shaylah, Xavier, Dominic, Summer, Bricon, Mason, Madison, Cecelia, and Rosalee, and her sister Rosetta Goodnight.
Cecelia was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Russell “Bud” Bell, her son Jimmy Bell, and her daughter Norma Boesiger.
Friends and family will be received Wednesday, November 2, 2022, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM with a funeral service officiated by Pastor David Ballert at 1:00 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna. Interment will follow at Grandview Memorial Park. After the committal service, please join the family for a luncheon and time of fellowship at American Legion Post 331, 109 Elm St., Ravenna.
