Cecil was born September 29, 1939 in Rutland, Vermont to the late Gordon and Martha (Squire) White.
Cecil was a proud farmer, he attended the Old Brick Church in North Clarendon and worshiped most recently with the Fairhaven Church in Rootstown. Throughout his life he enjoyed ice fishing and hunting. He was the Superintendent for the East Clarendon Cemetery for over 35 years. Cecil was also a Lister for the town of Clarendon and the state of Vermont.
Besides his parents, Cecil is preceded in death by his first wife, Joan; his brother, David White; his son, Brian C. White, and his grandson, John E. White.
Cecil is survived by his wife, Jackie; his sons, Cecil D. (Leona) White, Kevin (Mary) White, Calvin (Charissa) White, Shaun (Teriah) White, and Andrew White; nine grandchildren, Samantha, Kyle, Joan, Brianna, Jessie, Zaltena, Linden, Abby, and Ethan; and five great-grandchildren. Cecil also leaves eight siblings, Helen Darby, Anna Towle, Marjorie Southard, Marion Pratico, Doris Roach, Shirley Loomis, Richard White and Howard White; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held from 2-4PM on January 29, 2023 at Fairhaven Church of Rootstown at 4524 Lynn Rd. Burial will be in East Clarendon Cemetery in Vermont at a later date.
