He was born October 18, 1975, in Fremont, Ohio, to parents Cynthia Lynn (Heichel) and Charles Horne Jr.
Chad graduated from Clyde High School and worked at Whirlpool Corporation in Clyde, Ohio for many years.
He is survived by his father Charles Horne Jr., his brothers: Charles III (Rhonda) Horne of Green Springs, Ohio, and Clayton (Christina) Horne of Pawtucket Connecticut, as well as his children: Michael and Delilah Horne of Fort Meade Florida.
Chad was preceded in death by his mother Cynthia "Cindy" Horne.
Cremation has taken place and no formal services are scheduled.
