Christopher was a loving, caring, and outgoing man whose life revolved around his family and friends. Though he did not have children of his own, he cherished his role as an uncle and was deeply involved in the lives of his nieces and nephews. He had a passion for music and enjoyed collecting Tigger figurines and spider plants. He embraced life to the fullest and brought joy to those around him.
Throughout his life, Christopher lived in various places across New York and Ohio. He worked as a professional waiter, a role that suited his warm personality and love for connecting with people.
He was preceded in death by his father, Willis Chilson; mother, Beth Backus; sister, Ginger Rotunda; and brother, Thomas Chilson.
He is survived by his brothers Willie Chilson (Ann) and Matthew Chilson (Karen); sisters Lynn Campfield (James) and Angel Romeiser (Kenneth); nine nephews; seven nieces; as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews.
A celebration of life will be arranged later this summer to honor Christopher’s memory.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
