Cynthia was born in Ravenna, Ohio on February 5, 1945 to G. Emory and Mary Tarr.
She graduated from Ravenna High School and also Boheckers Business College. Cynthia was retired from the VA Hospital in Brecksville after 42 years of service.
Cynthia is survived by her sister, Elizabeth Hugh from Hudson, Oh. She also leaves nieces’ Lisa (Joel) Walker and Audrey Belden, and nephews: Christopher Tarr and David (Krystyna) Belden.
She was predeceased by her parents, her brother, Gene, and her brother-in-law, Dr. Ronald Hugh.
Private burial at Maple Grove Cemetery has occurred and a Memorial Service will occur at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, December 30, at the First United Methodist Church, 263 S. Prospect St., Ravenna with Rev. Ronald Mowry officiating.
