What a shock to just learn of Dave’s sudden passing from fellow orthodontist Willson Baker !! Every time we talked I advised Dave to slow down and enjoy his Lake condo more!! Now may he Rest In Peace !! A dear friend and meeting companion that I shall surely miss ! Also the great Super Bowl parties !! Enough said cause I am still shocked to learn just now of his Passing !! Seems like yesterday I was having lunch at Lakeway restuarant in Ashtabula when he got a call about his brother’s sudden death ; so I covered his patients while he hurried back to Youngstown !! Deepest sympathy to his family whom Dave loved so very much!! Jim Currier

David you were the most caring and charming man I have ever met.
You made me laugh all the time and enjoyed the crazy suppers I made for us. I loved our trips to Lake Erie and enjoying the views of the sunsets. I wish we had had a longer time together, but God had other plans for you. You will always be my shining starr. Love and miss you

We had some wonderful times, and our ups and our downs.
Am grateful that we made peace and were friends. Was looking forward to our getting together ... You were a good man, a good Father, and a great shopper! I love you, and will see you when I cross the bridge.

I have known David for so many years. We shared many "orthodontic" and family memories. I was fortunate enough to have visited him a few months ago in Port Clinton which was such a nice home that I know he loved. My sincere condolences to his family, friends and so many patients over the years who will miss him so very much....Stuart Duchon
