Mom was and will always be more than a grandmother to me. She was my best friend. I remember every night before she put me to bed we would say the lords pray together and say “night three times” back and forth. As I got older and was in college we would spend afternoons together while my mom was at work and Hanna was at school. I would make her Mac n cheese and grilled cheese which she loved and would eat every bite of. She loved going to parassons and guidos and would always ask for extra bread. Every weekend my mom would get her McDonald’s oatmeal (she would feed the toppings to the dogs) and of course a large McDonald’s coffee with two creams and LOTS of equal. She loved watching the cavs and just a few years ago we took her to a Cav’s game. She loved it and was so excited to see Lebron James (she loved him too). She loved my husband Henry and called him her sunshine. I’ll forever be sad that she never got the chance to meet my son but I will make sure he knows her and the wonderful person she was. I’ll love you forever and always mom. You’re my main girl for life and I’ll see you someday soon. Say hi to grandpa for me ❤️

Mom was my best friend for as long as I can remember. Every Thursday night Roger, Mom and I went to Parassons and she always got baked rigatoni. We would order extra bread and she would make me wrap it in napkins and put it in our pockets to take home. We would make the Jello brand cheesecake and watch Knots Landing.

Friday nights were rummy nights and East Park breakfast on Saturday mornings.
