Elaine M Hilliard

She was born March 14, 1940, in Alliance, Ohio, to parents Clement Howard and Corma Louise (Close) Steele. Elaine graduated from Sebring High School and worked at several local rubber manufacturers, including Oak Rubber, White Rubber, and Polson Rubber.

Her primary joy was always her family. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed crafts, crocheting, knitting, bowling, and watching her grandkids sporting events. She also enjoyed her fun visits to Cracker Barrel with her niece Linda, sister Maxine, and nephew Dakota.

Elaine is survived by her children: Brent (Susan) Hilliard, Steven (Donna) Hilliard Sr., Teri (Dan) Plaso, Susan (Leonard) Oshell, Todd Hilliard, and Shawn Hilliard, her grandchildren: Tiffany Metzgar, Brent (May) Hilliard, Steven Hilliard Jr., Stephanie (Chris) McKinney, Courtney (Tony) Courtney, Erin Jackson, Sarah (Jason) Rudawsky, Andrew (Linsey) Plaso, Brittany (Jimmy) Hays, Ryan Mills, Melissa Mills, Tyler Hilliard, Jordyn (Collin) Brainard, Shaelynn (Ben) Gibson, as well as her great-grandchildren: Lauren, Lindsay, Jaiden, Zaida, Carter, Malia, Theo, Jett, Bailey, Julien, Kylie, Camden, Hailey, Chase, Ellie, Harmony, Lilyona, Remington, Willow, Maeson, James, Libby, Henry, and Kaiden. She is also survived by her siblings: Maxine, Jack, Butch, Karen, and many nieces and nephews.

Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband George Hilliard, her daughter-in-law Monica Hilliard, and her siblings Kenny, Roy, Twilia, and Darlene.
