He was born August 27, 1924, in Randolph, Ohio. Bud enjoyed reading, gardening, and playing the organ. He had been employed at H.M. Miller Construction in Suffield.
Bud was preceded in death by his parents Hubert and Margaret Knapp. He is survived by his brothers: Walter (Judy) Knapp, Richard (Frances) Knapp, and Dennis Knapp; sisters: Eleanor Martin, Mary Jeanne Casamento, and Peggy (William) Lynch; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and his dear friend Nan Kline.
Friends will be received Wednesday, May 15, 2013, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Reverend John Madden at 11:00 AM on Thursday at Immaculate Conception Church, 409 W. Main St., Ravenna. Entombment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery.
