Howard "Randy" Bennett

Randy was born November 16th, 1962 in Gassaway, West Virginia. He was a graduate of Waterloo High School in Atwater, Ohio. He was the son of the late Clyde Bennett and Faye (Bennett) Shepherd and step-son of the late Kenneth Lee Shepherd. Randy was a self-employed installer of stained-glass windows in Honolulu, Hawaii, working most recently on a church that was bombed in Pearl Harbor.

Randy is survived by his mother, his brother Rick Bennett of Ravenna, son Brandon and daughter Michelle of Portland, Oregon. He is also survived by step-sister Carol Ann Claar of Randolph and step-brother Lennie Lee Shepherd of Atwater. Surviving also is step-niece Shania Ann Claar of Randolph.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, April 20th from 10:30 A.M. until the 12:00 P.M. funeral service at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna with Pastor David Ballert officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Randolph.
