He was born November 24, 1930, in Cleveland, Ohio, to parents Harry Harvey and Harriet May (Cribbs) Drum. James proudly served his country as a veteran of the US Army. He married his beloved Mary C. (Lough) on May 24, 1950.
He retired from the Chrysler Twinsburg Stamping Plant in 1985 and then moved to Lake Havasu, Arizona. James enjoyed fishing and camping.
James is survived by his children: Shirley (G.R.) Westfall, Sandy (Rich) Lawson, Jim (Linda) Drum Jr., and April (Bill Musarra) Aurand, as well as all of his loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
James was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Mary, his son Mark, and his brother George.
His wishes for cremation are being honored and final resting place will be Maple Grove Cemetery.
