At a loss. Don't know what to write. Jeff was a great class mate, a great team mate and friend. I lost contact with many friends after joining the Army. Facebook got us back together. I'll will never forget his visit with me here in Lacey Washington and the Seahawks game that we went to, and the stories of our school and football days. I am sure he had something to do with the Seahawks win over the 49ers tonight. May you rest in peace. When I watch the Seahawks you will be in my thoughts my friend.

Jeff’s sense of humor and gentle soul was among his greatest attributes. He was loved by all and Jeff had nothing but loving kindness toward others as well.

Jeff selflessly made sure he went out of his way to help where he could, I witnessed his selflessness on many occasions.

Jeff’s beautiful heart and sense of humor are badly needed in this world, especially these days. Gone too soon.

Jeff will be greatly missed...

My sympathies to the family. Jeff was younger than I, but I came to know him through his brother Tim. Tim was a teammate on the football team, and I remember him as always being an upstanding young man. Jeff, was much the same and I saddened for the family by his sudden passing. God bless you all.

Jeff was always kind when I was in school I had trouble with stuttering and he was always there to encourage me and then we got hooked back up when we were older and he was still such a good friend to hang out with and talk to this blows my mind because I've been trying to get ahold of him and I couldn't and I wondered what was wrong

Jeff was an upperclassman when I was a freshman at Ravenna. He was really nice to me. I remember Jeff making me feel welcome to the school. I think there are a lot of people who say this same thing about Jeff.
