Glen was born April 4, 1947 in Richwood, West Virginia to the late Howard and Letha (Nicholas) Arbogast.
Glen was a Quality Engineer and Journeyman Tool and Die Maker for General Motors retiring in 2001 with more than 31 years of service. He then spent 13 years in security at East Manufacturing in Randolph. He was Past Master of Charity Lodge #530 F.&A.M. in Deerfield, and a recipient of The York Rite Cross of Honor. Glen was also an ordained non-denominational minister.
He was a talented woodworker and carpenter who, along with his wife, built the house they raised their family in. He also made Masonic jewelry.
Besides his parents, Glen is preceded in death by his brother, Howard.
Glen is survived by his wife of 58 years, Betty June Arbogast; his children, David Arbogast, Laura (Daniel) Huth, and Kristine Arbogast; four grandchildren, Patrick (Sarah) de Lagrange, Brandon Huth, Courtney Arbogast, and Nicholas Arbogast; three sisters, Charlotte, Hazel, and Shirley; and his uncle James (Shirley) Nicholas.
Friends may call 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St. in Ravenna, where the Masonic service will begin at 6:00 p.m., and the funeral service will follow immediately after with Pastor Harold Bradley officiating.
