

John was born in Ravenna, Ohio on April 3, 1923 to parents Herman A. and Mary M. Eisenbarth. He was a farmer most of his life and was also self employed as the owner of his construction company. John liked woodworking and gardening and enjoyed a passion for Farmall tractors. He loved the Cleveland Indians.
John is survived by his son, Lester (Sharon) Eisenbarth and daughters: Cheyenne (Doug) Samaco and Shirley Wolffe. He is also survived by his grandchildren: John Eisenbarth, Jr., Nicholas Eisenbarth and Erwin (Cheryl) Prater. He also leaves three great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. John will also be sadly missed by his lifelong friends: Bernard and Carl Few.
John was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Helen, and his sisters: Hilda and Tillie.
Graveside services will take place at Grandview Memorial Park, 5400 Lakewood Rd., Ravenna, on Monday, August 8, 2011 at 11:00am with Pastor Brent Joy and Deacon Samuel Combs officiating.
