Joseph Charles Miller

Joseph Charles Miller, age 58 of Streetsboro, passed away Friday, March 20, 2020.

He was born September 13, 1961, in Chicago, Illinois, to parents Charles William and Jewell Christine (Walker) Miller. Joe was a land surveyor with Campbell and Associates in Green for many years.

Joe loved the outdoors. He was an avid trapper, hunter, and fisherman. He also enjoyed boating, but most of all, cherished his time spent with family and friends.

Forty years ago, Joe met is his beloved wife Karen (Hensley) Miller, and they have been married for 33 years. Together they raised two children, his daughter Krystina Miller, his son Kevin Miller, and his grandchildren: Rosalyn Baird, Joey Baird, Natalie Baird, and Levi Joseph Miller. Joe is also survived by his siblings: Elizabeth (Ralph) Moore, Larry (Shelly) Martin, Bonnie (Donald) Pugh, Ronnie Miller, along with many loving nieces and nephews, as well as his sisters-in-law Kathy (John) Christy, Carolyn (Randy) Rust, brother-in-law Mark Charvat, and his mother and father-in-law Mary and Garland Hall.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers James Carl Martin and William Martin, and his sister Donna Miller, Father In-law Earnest D. Hensley.

Friends and family will be received for a limited visitation on Sunday, March 22, 2020, from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E, Main St., Ravenna. Private interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Streetsboro.
