She was born May 12, 1927, in Akron, Ohio, to parents John and Evelyn (Murphy) Morrison. Juanita graduated from Rootstown High School in 1945 and retired from Oak Rubber in 1986. She was a devoted homemaker and loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Juanita is survived by her daughters: Debbie (Ron) Walker and Sandy (Ron) Harris; grandchildren: Eric Walker, Kyle (Hitomi) Walker, Mark Walker, Paul Harris, and Kristin Harris; great-grandchildren: Kiyora Walker and Bryce Harris; as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gene Flowers on December 13, 2006, her parents, her brothers Clarence Wilkinson, Paul Morrison, Robert Morrison, and her sisters Helen Morrison and Bertha Farley.
Friends will be received Tuesday, November 19, 2013, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna, where funeral services will be officiated by Pastor Scott Hindel on Wednesday at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Homeland Cemetery in Rootstown.
