She was born December 8, 1936, in Brady Lake, Ohio, to parents Delmer and Sara (Burdick) Frazier. Kathryn was adopted by Lucius Armstrong at a young age. Kathryn was a devoted member of Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall in Kent.
She is survived by her children: Kathryn Billiter, Mike (Michelle) Whitacre, and Ranee (Fred) Dunn, her daughter-in-law Judy Whitacre, along with all of her loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She is survived by her siblings Lila (Hardy) Thomas, Lou (Bonnie) Armstrong, and Laurel (David) Garn.
Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ray Whitacre, her sons Robin Mark Whitacre and Daniel R. Whitacre, her son-in-law Robert Billiter, and her sister Teddi Parker.
