He was born in Cherry Tree, PA on August 30, 1936, to parents Albert L. and Dora L. (Nelson) Pittman.
Lyle is survived by his wife of 65 years, Donna (Stiver) Pittman and his daughters Sandra Brewer, Diana Buchert and Heidi Parazeau. He also leaves several loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Brenda Foster, his parents and two brothers.
Per his wishes, cremation is being honored and no services will be held.
