Marilyn M. West

Marilyn was born in Neffs, Ohio on September 11, 1928 to parents Harold and Viola Baker. She had been a long-time member of the Church of Christ in Ravenna and enjoyed her involvement with the church. Marilyn was a loving mother and grandmother who loved and enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She thoroughly enjoyed her time spent with her sister Maxine.

Marilyn is survived by her son Jeff (Kathy) West and her four grandchildren: Aaron (Carrie) West, Laurie Williams, Malia (Travis) Goodfellow, and Megan (Erik) Bies. She also leaves her great-grandchildren Austin & Kylee West, Jaxen Goodfellow and her sister Maxine Garvin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Paul Joseph West, son Ronald West, and her siblings Geraldine Neff, Genevieve Rude, Carol Luli and Harold Baker.

Friends will be received at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna, on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 from 11:00AM until the 12:00PM funeral service, officiated by Pastor Terry Smith. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
