Michael was born to parents Carl and Lucille McCulty in Akron, Ohio on August 28, 1949. He was a former Minister. Michael was a very loving father and grandfather with a big heart. He loved football and basketball as well as watching sports on ESPN and had a love of music. In his earlier years he enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Michael is survived by his wife of 15 years, Denise and his children: Autumn (Brad) McCulty, Shane (Nicole) McCulty, Jeannette (Kevin) Meeks and Daniel Dailey. Also surviving are grandchildren: Shane “Mickey”, Connor, Brady and Mikayla. Left also to cherish his memory are his brothers: Jerry & Dick McCulty.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his son Jason McCulty.
Friends will be received at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna on Saturday, January 24th from 11:00AM until the 1:00PM funeral service. Interment will follow at Deerfield Cemetery.
