Phil was a treasured neighbor, person, and friend to us. He will be missed so very much! My loved memory is when I would look out my window and he was mowing and his dog Antonio was riding on the mower with him! And when our dog and his would play together..as my dog was a lot bigger. As neighbors, we always could count on Phil and Robyn!
