Robert William McClure

Robert was born in Ravenna, Ohio on September 2, 1941 to parents Donald and Margaret McClure. He had a long career as a machinist and retired from RB&W after 26 years of service. Robert loved camping and the Cleveland Indians. Robert was an extremely hard worker and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved his family dearly and never missed a sporting event of his kids and grandchildren’s when he was able.

Robert is survived by his children: Brian (Lisa) McClure, Bill (Kim) McClure, Margaret McClure and his grandchildren: Kade McClure, Shane McClure and Macy McClure. Surviving also is his mother Margaret McClure, his brothers: Don (Suzanne) McClure, Ken McClure, Tom (Ellen) McClure and many loving nieces.

He was preceded in death by his Father and his wife Sue McClure.

Friends will be received on Monday, October 24, 2016 at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna, from 5:00pm until the 6:30pm memorial service. Private family inurnment will take place at Homeland Cemetery at a later date.
