He was born September 8, 1943, in Akron, Ohio, to parents Arzy and Virginia (Staley) Stackpole. Robert was a truck driver for many years. He was also a member of F&A Masons and enjoyed fishing and camping.
Robert is survived by his children: Jim (Jennifer) Stackpole and Julie (David) Savage Jr., his grandchildren: Bailey and Kyle Stackpole, David and Corey Savage, as well as his 6 great-grandchildren.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Patricia Stackpole, his brother “Bud” Stackpole, and his sister Shirley Smithberger.
