Ruby M. Malone

She was born September 10, 1923, in Stainville, Tennessee, a daughter of the late Pharaoh and Ettie (Daugherty) Phillips. Ruby was a very loving and sociable person, who touched many lives through her generosity. She enjoyed entertaining and cooking meals for her extended family. Ruby also had a deep love for animals, especially cats. Ruby had a strong faith and hope in the resurrection promise, and was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness Ravenna Congregation.

She will be greatly missed by all of surviving family including her sister Margaret, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Ruby was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Malone, her brothers Junior, Hubert, and Cotha, and her sisters Nellie, Elsie, and Lola.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be officiated by Elder Jerome Arrington at 3:00 PM on Saturday, December 4, 2010, at Kingdom Hall, 3761 Lovers Lane, Ravenna, OH 4426.
