Rudy was a firefighter for Cleveland Heights in the 1960’s. He later became the owner and operator of B&R Autobody. Rudy was well known for his automotive repair skills, which led to his main hobby of restoring classic cars.
Above all, he was a family man. He looked forward to family vacations and hosting holiday family cookouts. Rudy also enjoyed the outdoors, whether it was boating and fishing at West Branch, hiking in the woods, camping or riding snowmobiles.
Rudy is survived by his beloved wife Lynn E. (Olwill) Rundo, who he married on October 20, 1960. He is also survived by his daughters Kimberly (Albert) Oktavec and Sheryl (Bob) Stuczynski, his grandchildren: Michael (Marissa) Oktavec, Jessica Oktavec, Bobby (Alicia) Stuczynski, Tony Stuczynski, and Marcus Stuczynski, as well as his great-grandchildren: Madison, Aiden, TJ, Brantley, Mason, and Blakelynn, and his sister Betty Jane Austin.
Rudy was preceded in death by his parents, his grandson Stephen Oktavec, and his four siblings.
