She was born September 10, 1943, in Scalp Level, Pennsylvania, to parents Telford C. and Alfretta Pearl (Hironimus) Chapman. Sandy was a devoted homemaker who loved her family, and was well known as a wonderful cook.
She is survived by Jeffrey (Tammy) Seiger, Ellen Lee Seiger, and Dale (Meagan Leister) Seiger all of Ravenna. Her memory will also be cherished by her grandchildren: Cheyenne, Karen, Josh, Dale Jr., and Haydan Seiger, as well as sisters Barbara Jones of Ravenna and Kathy (Kent) Wilson of North Branch, Michigan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Delmar Seiger, and her brother Barry Chapman.
Friends will be received Friday, February 13, 2015, from 10:00 AM until the 11:00 AM funeral service at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna. Interment will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg.
