Steven Daniel Livengood

He was born September 9, 1976, in Ravenna, Ohio, to parents Gary and Kathy (Madonio) Livengood. Steve graduated from Ravenna High School in 1995 and later from ITT Technical Institute with a bachelor's degree.

Steve proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Air Force, and was a member of American Legion Post 331. He always was a hard worker and was currently working as Director of Field Services for RMS Energy.

Steve was an avid football fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes. He enjoyed playing cornhole and manning the grill for a cookout. Some of his happiest memories were trips to the beach and time spent with his family boating. 

Above all, Steve was a beloved family man. He was a devoted husband, loving father, caring son, and a thoughtful brother. He will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends.

Steve is survived by his wife Jeanette (McKitrick) Livengood, who he married November 29, 2003. Also surviving are his children: Samantha (Dominic) Longo and Brayden Livengood, his parents Gary and Kathy Livengood, his sister Kellie (Dave) Harris, his brother Charlie (Sarah) Livengood, and his twin brother Jeff (Tina) Livengood, along with several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Steve was preceded in death by his infant son Gavin Livengood.

His wishes for cremation are being honored. A memorial service will begin promptly at 5:00 PM with military honors on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at the Ravenna Elks Lodge. A time to celebrate Steve’s life will follow the memorial service.
