Thomas Raymond Pfile

He was born on March 10, 1948, to parents Harold Raymond and Dorothy (Davis) Pfile. Tom was a lifelong resident of Edinburg Township and graduated from Southeast High School.

He proudly served our country as a veteran of the United States Army. Tom enjoyed the solitude of being a truck driver and farmer. When he did venture out, he headed to his familiar hangouts, Pettigrew Hardware and Cracker Barrel. Tom also enjoyed watching Westerns.

He is survived by his son Tim (Jackie) Pfile, his daughter Angie (Bruce) Taylor, his grandchildren: Carter (Mackenzie) Pfile, Ben Pfile, Connor Taylor, and Kaylee Taylor, as well as his great-granddaughter Mira.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Christine Pfile.

Tom’s wishes for cremation are being honored and a private service will be held on a later date at Edinburg Cemetery.
