He was born September 15, 1970, in Garfield Heights, Ohio, a son of Marlene (Marcinko) and Robert M. Cowling. Todd enjoyed watching football and NASCAR, and was a member of the Ravenna American Legion Post 331 and the Ravenna Eagles.
He is survived by his son Chase, his mother Marlene of Ravenna, father Robert of Kent, his siblings: Kathleen (Michael) Turchan of Elyria, Mary Jo Cline of Streetsboro, Robert A. (Krissy) Cowling of Hilliard, and Vicki (Howard) Jones of Edinburg; also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
