Tracy was born in Ravenna, Ohio to parents Robert and Kathleen (Kielbowick) on August 21, 1974. She graduated from Crestwood High School with the class of 1992. Tracy went on to successfully manage dual careers in interior and floral design. Her most recent accolade was being recognized in 2024 with an award-winning design by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cleveland.
Tracy liked sports, especially baseball and the Cleveland Indians. She enjoyed doing charity work and as a young girl, liked fast cars and going to the racetrack.
Tracy is survived by her significant other Jack Shapiro, her parents and many loving uncles, aunts and other family members. Left also to miss her presence are her beloved dogs Eva & Ella.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Frank and Mary Baker.
A private family graveside service will take place at Charlestown Cemetery.
