William "Bill" Ray McEwuen

He was born March 1, 1955 in Bedford, Ohio. He was the son of James and Violet McEwuen. Bill enjoyed bowling, fishing and hunting. Most of all he enjoyed being with his children and grandchildren. Bill belonged to the Masonic Temple #316 in Kent.

Bill is survived by his wife, Ruth (Reedy) McEwuen, his son, Paul (Jessica) McEwuen of Rootstown, and daughters: Lisa (Dan) Burrell of Delaware, Ohio, Robyn (Bob) Rife of Hawaii, and Sarah (Justin) Picone of Stow. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren. Bill leaves his brothers: James (Irene) McEwuen and Dale (Toni) McEwuen of Parkersburg. He is survived by his brother-in-laws, Raymond Reedy and Stephen (Nancy) Reedy and his sister-in-law, Becky Allen. Bill will be sadly missed by his aunt, Ann Davis and many loving nieces and nephews.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, his step-mother Judy (Sweet) McEwuen, his father and mother-in-law, Paul and Ruth Reedy and his sister-in-law, Kitty Reedy.

Family will receive friends on Friday, November 18, 2011 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna where funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 11:00AM with Pastor Philip Raynes officiating.
