He was born March 12, 1951, in Ravenna, son of the late William D. and Nadine (Meyers) Crist. Bill was a graduate of Ravenna High School in 1969 and also graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Justice Studies.
Bill enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed going on casino trips and spending time with his faithful companion “Duke”.
While most of his family has passed away, Bill’s legacy and memory will live on through the many friends he has touched throughout his life.
Graveside services will be officiated by Don Kainrad at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 12, 2011, at the Grandview Memorial Park Chapel, 5400 Lakewood Rd., Ravenna, OH 44266.
