Bill was born on July 26, 1974, in Akron, Ohio, to parents Donald R. and Susan A. (Lewis) Timms. He graduated from Ravenna High School with the class of 1992 and went on to a career as a long-distance truck driver until he was injured on the job.
Bill enjoyed fishing, anything racing, NASCAR, drag racing, snowmobiles and loved attending his son’s motocross racing. Most important in his life was his family and being together.
He is survived by his son Isaac Timms, his siblings Amy Gatts, Matt (Kim) Timms, Russell Timms, Pete Timms, Bob (Shana) Timms, Mary Beth Schneff, his ex-wife and best friend, Shirley and his in-laws Bob & Debbie Foit.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents.
Per his wishes, cremation is being honored, and a Celebration of his Life will be announced at a later date.
