Homer Dale Woodward

Visitation will be Friday, January 11, 2013 from 5:00PM to 7:00Pm at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home in Raymond. Services will be held Saturday at 10:00am with a one hour visitation prior, at Wright and Ferguson.

Mr. Woodward was a very hard worker and spent many years working for the city of Pearl.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ernest Woodward Sr. and Effie Woodward, brothers; James, Hubert and Lonnie.

He is survived by his companion of 11 years Beth Hood, Sons; Michael Walters of Olla, LA, Greg Walters of Baton Rouge, LA, and Alvin Hood of Osteen, FL, daughters; Melissa Walters of Crosset, AR and Angie Carswell of Florence, MS, brothers; Ernest Woodward Jr. of Vicksburg, Joe Woodward Sr. of Raymond, MS, Carey Woodward of Republic, MO, Robert Woodward of Urania, LA, Sam Woodward of Carthage, MS, Simon Woodward of Urania, LA, Chris Woodward of Vaiden, MS, Herschel Woodward of Epps, La and Elmer Woodward of Learned, MS, sisters; Gloria Morgan of Mansfield, AR and Margie Laborde of Republic, MO, 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Chester Woodward, Dustin Freeman, Adam Freeman, Aaron Freeman, Nolan Goodman, Preston Blocker, Tony Cutrer and Steven Pergande; honorary pallbearers are Griff Bonds and the late Joe Joe Woodward Jr.
