Elsie L., (née Wilmoth), beloved wife of the late Raymond E. Fox. Loving mother of Randy and Sharon Fox. Dear sister of the late Kent, Ralph, Glen, Billy Wilmoth, and Mary Francis and Margaret Fletcher. Elsie passed away Thursday, September 29, 2016 at age 89.
