

Ruth Evelyn Kuhlman, 86, of Cincinnati, died Saturday, January 17th, 2015. She was born August 3rd, 1928, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and was the daughter of the late Charles and Evelyn Ostholthoff. Ruth graduated from Lockland High School in Lockland, Ohio, in the class of 1946, where she was senior class president, and from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in the class of 1950, as a member of Delta Zeta and with a degree in Business Administration. On February 3rd, 1951, she was married to Paul Kuhlman of Cincinnati. Ruth worked at both Lockland and Wyoming's City Halls as an accountant until her retirement. In her spare time she enjoyed reading, puzzles, travel, and spending time with her friends and family. Ruth is survived by her husband Paul Kuhlman; three children, Jayne Kuhlman of San Diego, Jeff (Toni) Kuhlman of Cincinnati, and Jodi (Greg) Calkins of Hamilton; four grandchildren, Tera (John) Winther, Clara (Ben) Goosman, Marilyn Cassedy, and Paul Cassedy; four great-grandchildren, Charlie, Jack, Lukas, & Tommy; and brother Charles (Marian) Ostholthoff. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles, and mother, Evelyn, as well as sisters Mary Jane Smith and Glory Ann Ostholthoff. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 11:00 A.M.-11:45 A.M.at Saints Peter & Paul Church, 330 West Vine Street, Reading, OH 45215 with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 12 Noon.
