Baby Angel is survived by; mother, Mariely Perez and father, Jose Luis Hernandez; seven siblings: Edwin, Melennis, Christopher, Celiaeliz, Michelle, Mariell and Maria Elena and grandmother, Elizabeth Alicea.
Also surviving are 14 aunts and uncles.
A visitation for Angel will be held Friday, November 3, 2017 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Theo C. Auman Funeral Home, 247 Penn St, Reading, Pennsylvania. A burial will occur Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 9:30 AM in Charles Evans Cemetery, 1119 Centre Ave, Reading, Pennsylvania 19601.
