Antonio Trohadio Martinez Vargas, 87, of Reading, passed away January 5, 2015 in Spruce Manor. His wife, Gloria Maria Martinez Colon, passed away February 10, 2013. He was born in Yauco, Puerto Rico, on October 26, 1927, a son of the late Justino Vargas Martinez and Leonor Martinez.
He is survived by his children: Roberto, Marie D., Luis A., Antonio Jr., Jimmy, Benny, Denisse, Daniel, Nelson L. Vargas, Ines Vargas, Hector Vargas, Jose Vargas and Juanita Vargas. There are 3 brothers: Pablo Vargas, Wilfredo Vargas, Felix Vargas; and 2 sisters, Delia Vargas and Santa Morales; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be Friday, January 9, 2015 at 7 p.m. in Theo C. Auman Funeral Home, 247 Penn St., Reading. Burial will be private. A viewing will be Friday, 5-7 p.m. in the funeral home. www.theocauman.com
