Betty was born in Elkton, MD., on September 5, 1955, a daughter of the late James and Evelyn R. (Harper) Nowland. She was very active at Genesius Theatre in set building, painting and working on the parking lot for over 20 years. Betty would help anyone in need and will be greatly missed.
Surviving is her daughter, Tara Rodriguez, son, Jordan Endy, her sister, Bonnie Biggs and many close family friends. Services are entrusted to Theo. C. Auman Funeral Home, Reading. Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.theocauman.com for the Nowland family.
