

Caroline Marie (Keim) Henry, 73, of Laureldale, passed away in the Reading Hospital on Thursday, October 22, 2015. Born in Reading on October 7, 1942, a daughter of the late William and Mary (Keim) Seidel.
She grew up in the area and always liked to take care of others.
She was a member of Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall, Reading.
Caroline was a hardworking woman and raised her children on her own while working fulltime as a waitress. Some of the restaurants she worked in were Pomeroy's, Moore's Diner, Dempsey's and Temple Family Restaurant.
Surviving are two sons, Robert L. Stevenson of Laureldale and John Henry and his wife, Lericka Bryant-Henry, of Orlando, FL; a daughter, Mary A. (Stevenson) Horning, and her husband, Steven, of Reading; a step-son, Charles W. Stevenson, and his wife, Connie, of Birdsboro; eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Donald E. Seidel, of Reading; her best friend, Patricia White, of Leesport, and her furry little friend, Pooper.
Caroline is predeceased by her parents, her former husband, George F. Stevenson; a grandson, Jorden A. Henry; a sister, Virginia (Seidel) Liddick; and an aunt, Virginia Haines.
Services for Caroline will be Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at 11 a.m. in Auman's Inc., Funeral Home, 390 W. Neversink Rd., Reading, PA 19606. Family and friends will be received in the funeral home on Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reading.
