Charles F. "Charlie" Troop, 83, of Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2022. Charles was born in Reading on February 25, 1939 a son of the late Harry I. Sr., and Naomi C. (Reinert) Troop. Charlie was a packer for Threshold Rehabilitation Services for many years retiring there. He enjoyed vacationing at Disney World and loved his Happy Meals from McDonald's. Charlie was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan.
Surviving are his 2 brothers, Richard S. Troop and Harry I. Troop, Jr., and a host nieces, nephews and his large family at Prospectus Berco. Charlie was predeceased by his sisters, Dorothy Drumsfield, Anna Mae Messner and Doris Snow.
A viewing for Charlie will be Friday, August 26, 2022 from 9:00 -10:00 AM in Theo C Auman, 247 Penn St, Reading, PA 19601. A Funeral Service will be Friday, August 26, 2022 at 10:00 AM, 247 Penn St, Reading, PA 19601. Burial to follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
