Cheryl Denise Williams Montgomery

Cheryl Denise Montgomery, 55, of Reading, passed away April 28, 2015 in The Reading Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Wyatt Montgomery, with whom she shared 9 years of marriage. She was born in Reading on August 10, 1959, a daughter of the late Maynard D. and Wilhelmenia (Clifton) Williams.

Cheryl was a Reading High School graduate, and was employed by Arrow International, then Teleflex, as a welder, for 24 years, retiring in 2001. She was an avid Bingo player.

In addition to her husband, she is also survived by her son, Stephon M. Smith, of Reading; her 5 sisters: Williene "Dee Dee" Williams, Patricia Williams, Lee Stroman, Joyce Williams, JoAnn Williams, and her brother, Brent Sanders, all of Reading. There are 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Surviving are a host of family, friends and relatives. Cheryl was predeceased by her son, Navrro Donte Williams, in 2002; and her sister, Barbara Williams.

A Memorial Service will be Saturday, May 9, 2015, at 11 a.m., in Theo C. Auman Funeral Home, 247 Penn St., Reading. A Memorial gathering will be Saturday, 10-11 a.m., in the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.theocauman.com.
