He is survived by his wife, Janice L (Hamilton) Knarr.
He was born in Reading on August 27, 1947, a son of Clifford C. Sr. and Selma (Harrell) Knarr of Birdsboro.
Cliff was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Gibraltar, and was an Army
veteran serving during peace time.
He was employed by Forest Hills Memorial Park as a grounds specialist for 7 years.
In addition to his wife and parents, Scooter is also survived by 2 daughters: Susan Croy and Kathy Schaffer; and his sister Carol (Knarr) and her husband Allen Hughes of Birdsboro. There are 3 stepdaughters: Sherry Diener, Charlene Schearer, and Donna Deeds; 4 grandchildren and 1 great -granddaughter.
Cliff was predeceased by a stepdaughter, Deborah Deeds.
