Eileen Marie Loose

Eileen Marie Loose, age 76, of Reading, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 25th, 2026. Born on July 27th, 1950, she was the beloved daughter of the late William L. and Joan P. (Feeney) Loose.

Eileen lived a beautifully simple life, finding immense joy in the quiet pleasures of the world around her. She had a deep appreciation for music of all kinds, often filling her days listening to everything from classic melodies to modern pop. An avid fan of the Hallmark Channel, she loved nothing more than settling in for a feel-good movie that brought comfort and a smile. Above all, Eileen’s greatest passion was spending meaningful time surrounded by her loving family and friends.

She is survived by her loving sister, Rosemary Swavely; her nieces, Linsey Swavely, Nicole Loshnowsky, and Amy Stauffer; and her nephews, Alex Swavely and Ian Loose. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, William Loose; her niece, Crystal DiCecco; her nephew, James "Jimmy" Loose; and her great-nephew, Collin James Loshnowsky.
